Customer Support Representative

Ready to be the friendly voice customers remember? We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who enjoys solving problems, keeping conversations clear, and helping people feel taken care of. In this role, you’ll connect with customers across phone, email, chat, and support tickets while turning everyday questions into smooth, positive experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, chat, and support tickets with speed and care.
• Troubleshoot account, product, or service issues and know when to bring in the right team for support.
• Document customer conversations, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system.
• Follow up with customers to help ensure their questions are resolved and their experience stays positive.
• Spot common customer trends and share ideas that can make service even better.

Skills/Requirements

• 1+ years of Customer service, call center, or support experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a helpful, professional style.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Ability to listen actively, manage priorities, and collaborate with internal teams.

Additional Information

Remote work environment.

Standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend coverage as needed.

Pay/Salary Range

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour
